Farmer's Market Dinner Series | Summer

At the beginning of the summer season Chef Ashley pitched an idea for a seasonal dinner series that encompassed our company's mantra to the fullest extent. She wanted to create a multi-course tasting dinner curated with ingredients that were seasonally available that week. She wanted to go to the Hope Street Farmer's Market and select ingredients that were ripe and available in that very moment, then design her menu with what she was able to source. Generally, we design our menus with an idea we have on what's going to be in season so this was essentially working backwards from what we're used to, with a real focus on seasonally available product. Needless to say, our team was all for it. From there the Farmer's Market Dinner Series was born.

The summer season is one of the most bountiful in Rhode Island so the dinner menu was packed with goodies like tomatoes, cucumbers, eggplant, cherry-plums, + more! After our farmer's market trip Chefs Ashley and Shea curated a five course dinner with something sweet to finish from our Lead Pastry Chef, Danielle. We partnered with Wine Wizards to offer wine pairings with each course. At the end of the day the dinner was a success and thoroughly enjoyed by those who attended.
